Here at Falling Leaf Music we know that one of our most important assets is our customers' trust. Keeping your personal information secure, collecting no more information from you than is absolutely necessary, and using it only as you request and/or allow us to, is one of our very highest priorities. We believe that every one of us has the right to choose when, where, and how our personal information is shared and used.

Confidentiality - We will safeguard, according to strict standards of security and confidentiality, any information you share with us, directly or indirectly, including (but not limited to) information gathered in the normal course of business. We will never sell, release, or otherwise divulge your personal information to anyone outside Falling Leaf Music for any reason unless 1) we are forced to by law, or 2) in the course of an investigation it is deemed necessary and appropriate.

Others - All of us here at Falling Leaf Music highly value our fundamental right to decide what information we disclose to whom. All Members and employees have executed Confidentiality Agreements and as such are bound by law to strictly protect any and all of your information, both general and personal. Any Member or employee who violates their Confidentiality Agreement will be subject to a full disciplinary process, legal action, or both. Additionally, we will permit only authorized Members and employees, who are trained in the proper handling of customer information, to have access to that information.

Cookies - We believe that you have the right to maintain your privacy when using the internet, and that visiting a site does not give that site permission to gather your personal information, spam you, or share your information with someone who may spam you. The only cookies placed by Falling Leaf Music or it's parent company Dreamtime Systems, LLC are placed at the time of order, and only for the purpose of shopping cart functionality (your convenience). Without the cookies the shopping cart would not be able to remember products that you add to it. We do not place cookies on your machine for future marketing purposes or marketing agencies, nor do we collect and share or sell any of your information with marketing agencies.

Third Party Agencies - Please note that while we use cookies only for the purpose stated above, cookies could be used in advertising banners placed elsewhere on the Internet by companies advertising and/or promoting Falling Leaf Music or one of it's affiliates.
